Introduction
In this training workshop you will learn about data driven modelling. These will include:
- Introduction to data science and statistical inference
- Introduction to biological data and single cell RNA-sequencing data analysis
- Simulation-based inference for data drive mechanstic modelling
The training will consist of lectures, guided computer sessions, student group presentations, and research talks.
